By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.
Payment is currently only accepted via PayPal invoices.

Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)

TERMS OF SERVICELAST UPDATE: JULY 2026PAYMENTS1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $400.2. On orders above $400 customer agrees to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon approval of the initial sketch.3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed in writing before work on the Product commences.4. Customer accepts that work on the Product (including sketching) will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.5. Certain types of complex work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases customer will be informed about this before booking and will be asked to agree on a full upfront payment.PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally in high resolution to the email address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller cannot guarantee that the original copy or backups of the product will be available in the future.REVISIONS AND DELAYS
8. Customer has the right to 3 complete rounds of major revisions during the sketching phase.Customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion (such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail). Major structural changes or excessive modifications after delivery will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of the order value, invoiced separately. Work on such requests will not begin until payment is received.Please note that I’m a solo artist and sometimes orders may be delayed due to personal, emergency, or health-related issues. In the event of any significant delay, you will be contacted and updated as soon as possible. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.REFUND POLICY
11. Customer has the right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when the Product has not been completed within four months, unless a longer timeline was agreed upon upfront. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, accident, or force majeure) or delays in Customer communication.Customer obliges to respond swiftly to any requests for comments, feedback, or validation of progress. If the Customer fails to respond to updates within 14 consecutive days, the current stage of the Product will be recognized as implicitly approved, and the project may be proceeded with or paused indefinitely.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
13. The Product received by Customer is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, mass reproduction, or publishing requires a separate Commercial Use Agreement defining exact conditions and financial implications.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, tokens, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product, progress sketches, or variations for AI datasets, machine learning training, AI tools, or any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
14. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, under condition of a full refund, without giving reasons to Customer (provided the Customer is not at fault).Any disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate cancellation of the order. Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Seller retains the right to refuse any future service to the Customer.TERMS OF USE
16. Completed commissions, process videos, and sketches may appear on my social media, website, or portfolio. If you prefer the artwork to remain private or under an NDA, you must let me know and we must agree to it before starting the order.The creation process may be streamed on my TWITCH channel, even if the final result is kept off public social media feeds (X, Instagram, Carrd, etc.) by Customer request.

How My Waiting List Works
Thank you so much for your interest in my work! To make sure you know exactly how your order progresses, here’s an explanation of my process. My waiting list is divided into three stages:Waiting List: This is where everyone who is waiting for their turn is placed. The wait time can be 1 to 2 months, depending on the number and size of the orders I'm currently working on.Waiting for Response: When your turn is approaching, I'll send you a message. In this stage, I'll ask if you still want to proceed with your order. I completely understand that sometimes life changes, and we need to adjust our finances, so if you decide not to continue, that’s totally fine! Because of this, I don't charge anything upfront to be on the waiting list.Commission: Once the order is confirmed and paid for, it moves to this stage. Within my workflow board, you'll see your order labeled as "in progress" or "not started yet."Why the wait can be longMost orders, like sticker sets (which can have up to 30 stickers) or big illustrations , are very detailed and take a lot of time. This includes both the drawing process and communicating with you to make sure the result is perfect. I am a one-person business and I pour a lot of love into every piece, so I appreciate your patience.Special Cases
On rare occasions, some clients may move directly to the "Waiting for Response" or "Commission" stage. This happens for two reasons:🔸Returning clients who placed an order through a platform with tight deadlines. The prices for my services on these platforms are higher due to the fees they charge, and moving their order forward is a way to compensate for that extra cost, especially for repeat customers (small commissions)🔸Very small orders made through platforms where I'm on a tight deadline.In either case, these are exceptions. Most of my clients know there is a waiting list and that the process takes time.Please keep this in mind when you join the list. You aren't charged anything to be on it, and I promise the final result will be worth the wait >:3
